7 Step routine you need to know
Work in to hands, palm to palm.
Right Hand over back of left & vice versa.
Rub palm to palm, fingers inter laced.
Back of left fingers to right palm, fingers interlock & vice versa.
Rub left palm with clasped fingers of right hand & vice versa.
Rotational rubbing of right thumb clasped in left hand & vice versa.
Left wrist with right hand & vice versa.
