I am a full-time college student studying Exercise Science in pursuit of a future career in Physical Therapy. I have been active and playing a variety of sports since I can remember. Exercise and health have become, or always have been, my passion. Having to worry about keeping my body as healthy as possible at a very young age has taught me many things including that, as a Cystic Fibrosis fighter, health must always be the first priority in order for all of your other dreams to come true.

I have recently started a mission to spread exercise positivity to encourage and motivate people of all ages, lifestyles, and experience levels to have more awareness of how they are treating their body.

I believe that my active lifestyle as a child has been the biggest impact in keeping me as healthy as humanly possible, but I hope that by partaking in my mission I will become healthier and stronger. I encourage all Cystic Fibrosis warriors to make the time to add exercise into their everyday health routine.
