Katherine is James’ Mum.
She is an Early Childhood Educator who graduated with honours at QUT in Brisbane. Within her degree she studied Childhood Nutrition, and received a high distinction designing a unit plan for kids to unpack the sugar content in seemingly healthy lunch boxes.
Her 4 year old son James lives Cystic Fibrosis.
He requires a high fat/cal. diet, and when the RCH recommended takeaway, deep fried, packaged meals loaded with trans fats, additives, preservatives, GMO, MSG, sulphites, hormones, refined sugars AND limited if any nutrition she knew it was time to get her game on! Not only to aid James immunity, but to educate the CF community and other families looking for heatlhy high fat meals.
Katherine has travelled the world tasting foods and doing cooking classes. This along with her education and experience she is a very passionate advocate for children’s health, education and development.

My passion is Early Childhood nutrition.
The biggest fight of my life is my 4 year old son who lives with CF.
I am inspired by Cyndi Omeara, Pete Evans, Ben Mudge.
When I am down I try and nurture myself.
I fear the way the world is going with chemicals, toxins, and lack of overall health and nutrition .
Winning is not everything.
To the people fighting CF look after your health, love yourself! You are not CF you just live with it. Practice deep belly breathing and meditation.
