Head chef Iain Ashworth gained his experience as Junior Sous Chef of The Savoy Hotel and Chef de Partie in the Michelin Star decorated restaurant „Foliage“, winner of AA Guide Restaurant of the Year 2001.
Together with his partner, Angela Ashworth-Opitz, tourism expert and daughter of world famous Austrian winemaker Willi Opitz they have situated "C.I.A. – Private Dining" in the beautiful surroundings of the Austrian Neusiedler Lake.
