Most of us don't undertake our thoughts in awareness. Rather, our thoughts control us. In order to feel more in control of our minds and our lives, we need to step out of the current, to pause, and—to stop doing and focus on just being.

Daily routine- exercises, training, treatment, domestic tasks- can be so boring and exhausting in their everydayness, that you just want to skip them. But by skipping things you don’t get them done, so there is a better solution-

SAVOR THE MOMENT: Don’t think about what will happen, but focus on the very moment and the specific task- use your senses, feel the smell, the room, discover every little detail of the here and the now. When you focus so intensely on what you're doing you will be unaware of the passage of time and things will be done easily!
