Alternate the four introduced jump robe modifications with workout series targeting the muscle groups you want to strengthen – arms, back, legs, and butt. Add sit ups, pushups, mountain climbers, donkey kick etc. in between the high-intensity jump robe intervals.
Start with 4 series of 20 jumps and 5 reps and try to increase to 20minutes alternating series of 200 jumps and 50 reps! Keep in mind, that jumping is a great way to clean up your lungs and to get them work!
