 „In my video, I provide an array of exercises to essentially allow you to create your own circuits each time you train. This allows you to experiment and develop your own routine that you feel comfortable completing but also adds a little fun as you can construct a different combination each time you exercise. I have 5 categories, you can choose 1 exercise from each and there you have a circuit! I love circuits because they are a fast, fun, and efficient way to exercise your whole body while also getting those lungs working! Many of the exercises can be accomplished in your home or gym, based on your preference, and each circuit can be completed in less than 30 minutes!“
