JOHN’s KANAK WARRIORS DANCE
With the power of New Caledonia
The indigenous inhabitants of New Caledonia are the Kanak people.
Traditional Kanak gatherings were always accompanied by dances. These dances convey a message or tell a legend, often regarding aspects of everyday life- fishing, a turtle swimming, building a hut.
JOHNs Kanak Style Dance I
has been created in this ancient Kanak tradition for the international CF-community. The tune is from an old native song, that doesn't exist anymore- but all movements have special meanings and tell the STORY OF DEFEATING CF.
JOHNs Kanak Style Dance I
has a special impact on the breathing pattern! While the progressive speed and the complexity of the movements catch all attention of the mind the breathing rhythm gets deeper and stronger! The profund breathing cleans and strengthens your lungs while you enjoy the traditional dance!
